Survival needs no Redemption
Summary
The Kepler Crater, a lunar impact crater on the moon, is now home to a sprawling enclosed city. Within the city, mega-corporations such as New U, Cyberdyne, and EconoLux have a choke hold on the government and economy, while street level citizens struggle to pay rent. This story follows three such citizens, who risked it all on the hope that their gamble would pay off. But it didn’t. Now, weighed down by crippling debt, the three find themselves tasked to do some questionable jobs, to pay down what they owe. And the loan sharks are not the forgiving types.
We tell this actual play story using The Sprawl, a variant of the Powered By The Apocalypse TTRPG system.

The Race Car Driver
Ivo has a need for speed, but not just for greed. The money he gets from racing helps to care for his father Haram at home, and even his dear friend Hana, next door.
Breaking into the big time is not easy and Ivo put everything on the line to get a new car. Racing under the alias of Racer X, he was coming up on 1st place when he spun out and totaled the vehicle.
Now Ivo and his two friends have to figure out a way to pay back the loan sharks.

Illex Ansdorf
The Influencer
Illex is motivated by his influencer status on the social media platform, CLC. One might argue his status has a greater influence on his own actions than those of the public. Nevertheless, he has a few followers to whom he live-broadcasts, with the help of his camera drone that hovers around him.
Illex is a ray of positivity in the friendship trio, whether the other two like it or not. He’s the most charming of the friends, as well as Ivo’s biggest promoter.

Lotus (Anderson Cyrka)
The Artist
Anderson has hidden his real name and goes only by Lotus now. A graffiti and street artist, Lotus has done all the paint jobs on Ivo’s race cars.
Lotus’ father, Hans Cyrka, is a wealthy ex-exec of New U, which is something Lotus keeps hidden from the world. He mostly avoids contact with his father whenever possible.
